Lighting Automation
Lighting automation involves photocell switching, occupancy censing, and energy management system (ems) controlling. Photocell switching is a system designed to adjust the light intensity in the room based on the amount of sun light coming through the windows. This lowers the amount of electricity used while maintaining an even level of lighting. Occupancy censors are designed to look for infrared, motion, and sound to keep empty rooms from using unneeded energy. With adjustable timers, occupancy censors can be customized accordingly. Ems controlling is an option that allows you to connect all lights to a central computer maximizing employee efficiency with the ability to turn on or off all lights at any given moment.
Power Correction
When energy has to move between electrical and motor there is resistance. This resistance causes heat, which lowers efficiency and longevity. We review any motor connected to electricity and analyze its efficiency level. Once the readings have been taken, we then install the correct Kvar unit. These units are specifically designed to adjust the resistance without sacrificing performance.
